LeadScout ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our platform at leadscout-three.vercel.app.
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, including your name, email address, and professional information. We also collect information about how you use the platform.
When a client signs into Google through LeadScout, we request read-only access to their Google Contacts list via the Google People API. This access is used solely to retrieve contact names for AI lead scoring. We do not store, sell, or share contact data with any third parties.

LeadScout's use of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Specifically, we only request read-only access to Google Contacts. We do not modify, delete, or share Google contact data. Contact data retrieved from Google is used only to perform AI lead scoring within the LeadScout platform and is not retained beyond the active session unless explicitly saved by the agent user.
Your account data is stored securely using Supabase with row-level security enabled. Payment information is processed and stored by Stripe and is never stored on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our platform, including Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Anthropic (AI processing). All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
